from sasuke/itachi relationship, kishi made sure we understand what both of them have done and what their actions were, it all started with itachi, he chose to save his brother because he loves him so much, can you blame him for that ? No. he's still a good brother, the problem was the effect of what itachi did to sasuke, he became an avenger, itachi basically destroyed his life without meaning to, but the concept is that, sasuke's actions are completely justifiable given what he's been through, its emo and gay n such, but its truly the only thing he could've done to get to the bottom of things on his own, since no one was ever gonna tell him anything about his brother.

next chapter there will be a big decision that sasuke will make, lets see what that will be.
answering your question, No he doesnt, Itachi and sasuke are the perfect brothers and have shown true brother/family love through out their encounters with each other, the main reason for their whole story is their love for each other dude, srsly.

I wouldnt say that Sauske deserves better, although Itachi himself could possibly agree with you. I think that although Sauske doen'st deserve better, it is possible that Itachi could have been a better brother, but even that is debatable given his supposed pacifism.
