Does it really matter if a power is borrowed?

One can be given great power and yet be unable to use it at all, its the skill with those powers that matters the most. For example, when Madara praised Naruto, calling him the true Jinchuuriki, he was praising his skill, not the Kyuubi powers.

Well....I believe some...from my view have their own meaning for borrowed...which of course is cool imo. Though.....I believe if one borrows something, or something is borrowed then it is eventually meant to be returned. This case imo wouldn't work for EMS Sasuke....as he never meant to give them back to Itachi.

Madara - Nothing is borrowed...only taken and stolen as to claim it as his own.
Sasuke - CM was given as to be his I believe, not borrowed.
- EMS given....never meant to be returned.
Naruto - He borrows from Kurama....due to them being "two different" entities. Though.....I suppose you could see them as one united entity.

This is all just my opinion on it....Kishi has his own definition for things. ^_^

Actually, Sasuke made it clear why he wants Itachis eyes - just like Naruto, he wanted new powers in order to defeat his rival.

Yes, but at least one of the two known users had to have someone implant them, and the other had to DIE to get it.

Sounds similar to a jinchuuriki? Someone implants them, someone else dies.
