like do you get paid to do it, some a lot of the mods like caliburn, Ira, wesobi, rei, etc, are doing great jobs

No you don't get payed to be a mod.

Btw, Cali and Rei are admins.

Admins have red names, mods have blue or pink depending on their gender, and Global mods have green names.
