Multi-posting: Posting one post after another in any thread is not allowed. This means making a new post directly below another post of yours (double/triple/multi-posting) will be considered spaming and will be thus treated.

Although it depends on your situation... if you have something that you need to post related to the discussion/topic which you couldn't have posted in the first post you made or edit it, and have a very good reason for that i think it could be accepted... but just maybe.

Multiposting, regardless of the reason is against the rules. However, we don't have eyes in everysingle thread and post done under our sections so its virtually impossible to infract every single one.

This said, you should, however, avoid doing so regardless of the circunstances.

No it does not depend on situation. There is an edit button for this very purpose- use it in case you have something to add to your previous post.
