Who knows, if she does it sure is a f cking waste isn’t it?

I can't disagree the bold the rightful inheritor should've been Hanabi Hime at least she would've added value.

It literally says you need the blood of the Ootsutsuki to unlock the Tenseigan alongside having both families' Chakras. Its not.
The requirements for unlocking the Tenseigan is the Byakugan from the Hyuuga clan and the chakra of Hamura's Otsutsuki descendants.
Hinata already has the Byakugan and she received Hamura's chakra from Hamura himself.
Unless there's another requirement that I missed, she should have unlocked the Tenseigan.
The tenseigan however, was not limited to Hamura’s tenseigan only. By implanting the Hyuuga clan’s byakugan, those who inherited the Ootsutsuki’s blood could manifest and acquire a new tenseigan. By combining the chakra of both clans, the byakugan would transform into the tenseigan.
The "blood thing" argued but I don't care enough so...
Value with less screen time than Himawari![]()

That's the point even with a little screen time she still leaves an impression.
Thin ice Hinabae so behave yourself.
Irrelevant
Stay mad Hanabi Hime solos.
I think it's just a misconception. I don't believe she got a power up.
Facts Hanabi with little screen time was is and shall remain the better Hyuga in all departments except cooking, and overeating which I concede on.
Ps. I've amended my post with extra details.
Still irrelevant, doesn't matter if you like or not. Kishimoto seems to agree.
Of course kishi green with me that's why Hinata has always been inferior to somebody 5 years her junior except at cooking and eating. So I'm good I think we're good. Have a good day hanabae![]()

tbh another note, I feel like if Hinata got something like Hamura's chakra, she would of been portrayed A LOt stronger than the rest of her class.
She hasn't had a solo fight since then, but something would of been clear. It's just too vague and there was no power increase in the Movie for her too.
If Kishi was handling the movie personally, and he wanted to give Hinata a power up, I think it would of been very evident she was stronger.
Oh child what can we say to such silly posts he who assumes screen time equals your strength level. How much screen time did sof6p have or kaguya or better yet Hamura. Yet Hinata is still fodder before them. And there are plenty of examples.
When your measures of superiority are based around fecal matter you are bound to get confused. I dont expect much from you but your still young so there's still time. Have a good day Hinabae and know Hanabi Hime will always be bether than your fave.![]()

I doubt that's the case. In the Bolt movie, Kishimoto just vaguely pointed out that Bolt was adding an element to his Rasengan and didn't explain it further in regards to what element or how he was doing it, or even other aspects like Chojuro's Bone Mutiliation technique. Not to mention a lot of other things in The Last were left vague too like several of Toneri's powers, the Moon Ootsutsukis, or even Sai's "Chubu" rank and wth it is.
Considering The Last and Bolt the Movie were meant to be the ending to the series before the Bolt manga showed up, I personally think Kishimoto was just leaving things vague since he didn't think he'd have to address anything ever again.
I mean, I'm sure you recall Kishimoto even admitting he wasn't planning on explaining Kaguya's svague backstory or what Sasuke was doing on his missions when Chapter 700 ended. It seems pretty likely he was just keeping things vague at every turn.
Idk, like I said, I'm more than willing to admit it's possible Hinata didn't get Chakra from Hamura, but from my perspective, I really don't think there's any other way to interpret Hinata saying she has Hamura's Chakra in response to Toneri's shock.
During the production of Boruto Movie, they cut a lot of scenes according to a interview especially during the Chunin Exam. I think we may see something later but for now the show is focused on the next generations perhaps if the Leaf get attacked or if Hinata is involved with the Jougan.
