Does having the mangekyo activated boost visual perception?

Madara suggested that that the straight swirl mangekyo posses more visual perception than the average sharingan. Im asking if the jump from 3t to mangekyo boosts up visual perception as much as the 2t to 3t jump?

I don't see why not eventhough the manga never really expanded on it. I think the closer they are to the "choku tomoe", the better they read movements

I believe so, from the incident you are talking about made me draw the same conclusion. Also with the fact that Sasuke was able to keep track of Juubito after struggling to keep up with Ē after what seems like only a week later. Sasuke's eyes have been getting better tracking speed which is great since the most of the top 10 consists of fairly speedy shinobi.

I don't about MS, but I think EMS does that. EMS Sasuke was able to find Kabuto's real body while Itachi couldn't with his MS back in the cave.

You would think so , but the increased perception of the mangekyo has only been touch upon one in the whole manga. Then again the regular mangekyo is a blessing and a curse. You gain powerful techniques , but you loes perception.

Kabuto said itachi's visual prowess can read people's souls and can read the moves before it is already done.

Madara further details it by saying, straight commas give you fluid movements and can read their opponents movements.

Perception advancing from 2tomoe to 3tomoe etc, is pretty obvious after the part one naruto vs Sasuke fight at the valley.
