Does Hashirama have speed feats?

Although I am sure he is undoubtedly fast I picture him more as a reactive. Where would he rank along other shinobi?

^Pretty much this. The Bijūdama part is very important as it's able to cross hundreds of kilometers in seconds and that's a very impressive speed feat.

If SM Kabuto can dodge a Susano'o arrow and react in time to avoid Amaterasu, I think it's safe to say SM Hashi can do the same. He has a stronger body and can hold more Senjutsu Chakra, so he should be faster.

Neither him nor Madara are known for great speed feats, they don't rely on it since they have one of the strongest defences in NV, Hashi's being his healing and Maddy's being his Susano'o

Hashirama never stated that Madara was stronger, only that he had regained his Full Power.
