Does Hagoromo Sutsuki (sage) have rinnegan before he fight the GOD tree

In my opinion i don't think so the sage have the rinnegan before he fight the God tree.
I think even his mother also don't have the rinnegan because she is normal human before she eat the fruit.

it's unclear. . all we know is sage was born with juubi's chakra . .and rinnegans are juubi's eyes . .hence sage also had it from the birth. .dont know about his mom. .probably her eyes manifested into rinnegan after eating the fruit

he got those eyes after the fight with juubi, he cant get rinnegan by normal chakra from birth

Guys if see the previous manga tobirama tell to sasuke how the uchiha got the sharingan.."Its kind of special chakra sprouts inside their brain which change their eyes to sharingan".
