Does Goku remain pure in super saiyan level 3?

This is before battle of gods goku ofcourse and i always wanted to know if goku actually when absorbing spirit bomb would still be classified to remain pure hearted when he turns into super saiyan level 3. because i know he was able to remain pure hearted when he transformed into super saiyan level 1 but what if he started leaking out more super saiyan ki would that make his heart more tainted and malicious?

would that mean that goku sorta becomes more evil in super saiyan 3 because in the movies i think goku is more evil in super saiyan 3 because he kills some people like hirudegam and even says "fight me if your ready to die!" which doesnt sound like something goku would actually say? although in the manga and anime we also never seen goku turn super saiyan level 3 during when he was collecting spirit bomb energy, was it because the spirit bomb would have been dangerous if goku in super saiyan 3 tried to hold it???

what is "pure". This whole "only base form can do super saiyan thing" really never was said explicitly. However, goku is "calm" in his super saiyan form. we have not seen him master other forms yet

what about super saiyan level 1 since goku spend a few days in that form and he wasent that raged and mad in it? i think super saiyans are pyre angels because of their blonde white hair and blue eyes.

but then how come it never stated that? i though to be a super saiyan goku had to find himself in a situation where he would really need it and not in situation where he would just want it to be better and all? plus when goku and gohan stated super saiyans for a few days they looked pretty happy and pure?

what!!!! i though goku was always pure??!! but then how was he able to ride kinto-un? i think if goku loved chi chi and made love to her for reproductional purposes only then he would still remain pure than since that sorta like nature instinct! i know goku never drank beer or smoked cigarettes also, also goku never sweared in canon terms, besides in some fillers in anime.
