Does genjutsu efect Sasori

This a question I would like to ask does genjutsu including tsukuyomi have any efect on Sasori because tecnicaly sasori is a stump(that organ I don't know how's it called) atleast the live part of his body,so what do you think

I think it can, if the enemy has a brain and has chakra. Genjutsu manipulates the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, creating a problem in their senses.

Typically, Genjutsu users extend their chakra in to the brain to manipulate the mind's chakra. Sasori has a mind, but no brain. A Genjutsu user should still be able to manipulate his mind's chakra - wherever it is.

sasori is blind but he can see,sasori is brainless but he can think,we can conclude that he can see and think by himself even if he's a puppet and don't have a brain,so genjutsu can still affect his mind by affect chakra flows,he can also hear with his ears so sound-based genjutsu might works too.

the most obvious genjutsu proof is izanagi.
