Absolutely I know people can find ways around it, that's not the question here. Obviously guys like Nagato, Obito, Naruto, Sasuke, Itachi etc wont get trapped in it and can defeat Gaara nonetheless. But as soon as he gets them in it they are defeated. That is pretty op for a non top tier character.

Minato and Obito just s/t their way out of it... and I guess jins like Naruto and Bee can bust out of it with pure power. And Susano guys like Madara, Sas, and Itachi can bust their way out of it too i guess... but man they have a very short window of opportunity cuz he gets that seal on their quickly after the imperial coffin is formed. if he did that in part 1 he would have owned people severely

Thrid raikage has been captured by it he has better stamina chakra then sasuke and itachi their Susanno's only make them bigger and slower targets and gaara's sand is faster the both uchia's base speed

I only know of 3rd Raikage and possibly Brother Naruto and any Susanoo wielder to be able to escape his sand coffin.
