Do you mean by practical actions? Human actions are pretty nuanced to narrow them down to behavioral sciences. We are multifaceted by nature, there's a plethora of variables to consider when we narrow down something as "evil" when at it's pith, it's also detrimental towards progression. There's no perfect model that accentuates the idea of a "perfect model on how to exist".
