If your point is sasuke can absorb naruto's rasenshuriken, then yes of course he can, when he masters using the rinnegan and not just some hours after awakening it. Madara mastered the use of the rinnegan, nagato used his initially out of rage and had obito teach him the rest. Obito on the other hand was just nerfed by kishi. If obito has even as little control of that eye as nagato, he would have taken naruto, bee, kakashi and guy when he had the chance with other bijuus, he just stood and watched the fight instead.
