the jutsu i think is perfect is perfect susanoo, the strongest shield, with a strong attack....

if the user has EMS, it doesnt put strain on the body, so i fail to see the weakness in perfect susanoo.

so lets see who's analytical skills are on point, who can point out the weakness..

Well its not BS hashi can supress chakra so he can supress susanoo (not stabilized version ) and if user of susanoo must concentrate to maintain susanoo ex: kabuto vs uchiha bros the movement they lost their conceintration susanoo is vanished in case madara i really believe all his ms techs are related Susanoo like stabilizing it etc ( just like sasukes enton release )

If Madara wasn't edo, he probably could use it for 5 minutes max before he runs out of juice.

maybe it has huge chakra consumption seeing how by the end of the hashi vs madara fight madara could no longer keep sharingan active and there was no more susanoo also there will be a weakness but we have only seen it like twice so lets wait and see

So just like itachi say, every jutsu have weaknes. Even ftg have it, you need mark to teleport.....if you pull all the mark in one Place and you can know where ftg teleport

PS is made of chakra and can be absorbed by anything able to absorb chakra.
It is also able to be broken.
It's too big to be used in anywhere but a massively open area

Those are it's main weaknesses.

I support Itachis statement, because i have never seen a jutsu,which had no disadvantage/weak point.Perfect Susanno has a great defense and unbelievable attacks,but the chakraconsumption is very high. Furthermore the life span of the user decreases.
