Does every character have a clan?

I was wandering if every character has a clan. Like does Rock Lee have a clan or maybe Ten-Ten since they didnt mention a clan for them.

Yes they have, but not everyone has some kind of kekei genkai or jutsu, so what im saying is rocklee's clan is just a normal clan and rock lee became strong because of training and will power.

I Think there was a namikaze clan a long time ago but then they either got married outside the clan of they got killed....

OT: no we dont know if rock Lee or tenten has a clan.... But we haven't heard if they are in a clan but its very unlikely... Sakura doesn't have a clan either it seems

Sakura have haruno fir now its a normal clan .

She have symbol and a last name sure she have a clan.
