He can only get better control of the techniques he already has (no kamui or KA), and I'm not saying that he WILL master them, just that there is a possibility for him to achieve perfect susanoo. There wasn't a hidden meaning to what Itachi said, and if you think there is then please tell me what you think he means by true power. With the EMS Sasuke has the potential to be as powerful as madara was during his fight with hashirama (pre-senju DNA). I would really like to know what you define true power as though as that would help me see it from your perspective better.

I agree, to an extant but, as Tobirama put it, in awakening the Mangekyo, "special" chakra sprouts into the brain affecting the optic nerve which produces the change in the eye. Which means, the eye itself contains some of this chakra as the eye would be pointless without the optic nerve. If the chakra weren't there, the eye wouldn't change it's shape. I'm pretty sure that's all the meaning there is to it though as you would likely lose roughly the same amount of that chakra through removing the previous eye.

taking a person's eyes would not give you his chakra. a person's chakra is contained in a WHOLE chakra network throughout the body and not just in the eyes! that is completely ridiculous to assume that taking a person's eyes=gaining their chakra.

when transplanted you get some of the charkra from the original person.. and since EMS is a "fusion" between 2 pairs of MS then Itachis DNA must be fused with Sasukes, and just like the magic of Hashi cells amplifies your "life force" then so must some of your itachis DNA/power from MS also amplify sasuke..

care to provide a scan that says you need rinnegan for PS or any other proof? and everything I listed as something he gained by getting the EMS is also true (unless you're right about PS). since he can't go blind from using the EMS that allows him to develop his techniques which is something he wouldn't be able to do with just a MS since he'd go blind.

No, dude I just meant that the techniques that you obtained through ms get amplified and it removes the road block that is blindness and gives you the opportunity to full master your ms techniques.
