Their's no way we could know, but thinking logically it makes sense to assume Madara and Obito would win. Current Madara has rinnengan AND the first Hokage's moves, and with obito to mop up the weaker of the two(4th and jiriya). I'd be one epic fight.

Minato is far to fast for Madara and could easily seal him, Perks of being a Fastest Ninja with the best knowledge of seals in the Naruto Universe.
