Does Danzo use Kotoamatsukami in Chapter 583 (pg 140) or Not?

Yes, but he decided not to because it would be a waste to use it. Itachi was the only one that actually used KA.

He was supposed to, but he doesnt have enough chakra, and forcing himself to do ka the senju dna in his arm got jack up.. and his a dude u cant use she to him.. fping asian..
