When Danzo, Fu and Torune encountered masked Obito, he let them go ahead to fight him as he took his lovely old time to take of his arm protector thing, not giving two ***** about how they were going. I know they were supposed to be his bodyguards but really?

OT: He cares about comrades. He cares about people in general. In the end, through all the hesitation and fear, he did volunteer to sacrifice himself for his comrades.
Fū and Torune knew what they signed up for and were willing to risk their lives to further Danzō's goals. Which they did. Danzō saw how Tobi fought, though he could never use that information.
