When chidori was originally introuduced, Sasuke is shown performing hand signs. But later in the series he is shown using chidori without using hand signs. So is it possible that when you master it to a certain point the hand signs may not be required?

Yes the 2nd hokage mastered a jutsu that normally required 42 hand seals and he could preform it with just one . It seems that the amount of seals required for the user of the jutsu solely depends on the users skill with that particular jutsu.

Yes they do. If u look at the fight with kakuzu vs kakashi. U see kakuzu only clap is hands together. And kakashi said that in front of the sharingan, it doesn't matter how fast u make the signs, it would always been readed. Or something like that.

My point is, they use it fast, so u don't see them.

Chidori is overrated. All it is is lightning chakra; shouldn't require hand-seals at all. Makes me laugh. Sasuke is all, "Chidori Kusanagi!" meanwhile Killer Bee is like, "So thats the Chidori, huh? We do that shit all the time here in Kumo!"
