So if Hagaromo and Hamura chakra mix it'll make Kaguyas chakra.

I dont think specific concentrations of chakra would just remain in a specific part of his body, more likely that he has a proportion of "kaguya" chakra which is more likely to be separate hago and hamura chakra.
