Does base Minato have enough firepower to kill Sakura or Tsunade?

I honestly don't think he does. I only see him winning by cutting through their napes. I don't know if it's sufficient enough to kill them though.

technically, even Hidan died. Tsunade or Sakura's collected chakra won't keep them alive for long. They need food, afterall.

I think we can all agree that Minato can easily sever their necks, and teleport them anywhere he wants.
