Does awakening mangekyo sharingan allow for constant sharingan activation?

I mean, now that I think of it, every Uchiha that was shown as having awakened mangekyo (with the expection of Madara, at first) was shown to leave their sharingan active all of the time. Sasuke, Itachi, and Obito all had the sharingan activated constantly, so, do you feel that mangekyo allows for constant activation?

No. It's a positive correlation though, not cause and effect.

By the time one has enough skill to handle the Mangekyou Sharingan, their skill is usually great enough to minimize 3T Sharingan chakra usage.

maybe its not a huge strain on them. especially obito bc senju hax

even at his final death and after extraction and rt obito never had a weak blacked out sharingan or even deactivated them. lol

Mastering the Sharingan allows for easier usage.

Its more like its not as draining as it was before. They're eyes have been shown going back to normal when they run low on Chakra or even when they just aren't fighting. They cant have it activated forever tho.

Its more because they are getting used to it and MS activation not eating up a chakra unless they are utilizing MS techniques.
