Does Avatar have better characters and plot than Naruto?

I think that they have a very cartoonish design and Naruto is more Anime-ish, but I find it funny and cute. They also have a very interesting plot in both The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra.

So what do you think? Plot wise, is Avatar better than Naruto?

Avatar has no itachi. Avatar has no sauce. Avatar has no madara. Avatar has no akatsuki. Avatar has no Mei. Avatar has no kushina. And most of all,it didn't make us laugh and cry as much as naruto did.
So....heeeeeell no. It is not bad though for a 60 chapter cartoon/anime. Zuko did most of the job xD It's not bad,but seriously,naruto is sth else.

Well to be honest I would put them on their own respective levels saying they draw. Simply because the plot for both could have been better. Characters depend on the writer.

Avatar characters got more thorough screen time and better plots in my opinion. If you aren't Naruto, Sasuke or an Akatsuki, your storyline is dry af.

I think that the LoK finale was cute. But I agree, it left much to be desired. Then again, people weren't exactly happy with the appearance of Kaguya, or Sasuke being the final antagonist.

They are both unique. A person who's using an out of the box mindset will enjoy both of them at the same time and learn from both of them a lot of useful stuff.
