i was just wondering if any of you guys want to become a manga artist after finishing reading naruto. basicly you can create your own, story, make up your own environments and places, and create how you suit them to look like. it would be pretty amazing if you became a manga artist and your manga became the next succesfull hit and then maybe their might be a forum base dedicated to your manga just how naruto base is dedicated to kishi manga. ;)

so what do you guys think do you want to become a manga artist or not?

give me your opinion guys.

No, I'm too lazy and I have a full time job already.

I'll stick to writing terrible fanfics and drawing worthless fanart.

I'm already in the stages of creating a manga, before Naruto even finished.

It's just about finding the time.

but if your manga become popular like kishis, you'll be rich enought with soo much money to last you multiple life times, and all you have to do is sit at home and draw manga and HAVE FUN!!!

I suck at drawing but I have a couple ides in my mind that might revive the megaman franchise. Much like inception it's impossible to get rid of.

I'm a former manga-artist, well in the Ntherlands that is, I quit drawing manga to continue drawing western style comics, like DC/marvel.
I started out drawing doujinshi, and selling it at comicbook- and anime conventions. I now have a non-profit bussiness where I publish my own books anually, So far I have 3 published books and a 4th on the way, two award-nominaions, and I also support young new artists who want to take a shot at it as well.

And, the funny part is, Naruto is what convinced me to pursue this carreer.
So, to awnser your question, 'I did'.

you can buy yourself a wacom companion hybrid tablet and take it anywhere with you, you can just sit outside and draw if you like?

imagine your most favorite manga than you read, and then imagine if it was you that was going to create it, the problem was is that you lacked the skills to draw it, you know upset it would because another person would never know about your manga, all your dreams will just go to the grave with you, all the knowledge that you wanted to share will just be locked by you, thats why i think if you learn to draw and practive alot, you can acheave it, and have your dreams become a reality.

Er, no. I'm in no way a dedicated artist.

you dont have to be drawing is only 20 percent of what makes up the manga, there is plenty of other thing that you need to consider such as storyline and what to say.

Did I mention I already have a job?

And well, I'm not actually even creative enough, anyway. Not all people can be. It's good if you have ideas and whatnot but I'm not like that.

I wanna make a webcomic, and my art style is similar to Kishimoto's, but, I'd consider it an American anime, if anything.
