Well since flames don't take a set form it would be very difficult, I reckon he can create free-from things like the letters on his fingertips when he fought Sting and Rogue

Possibly Wings or Flame Dragon Limbs or Jaws, that'd be pretty beast

Nope. Natsu's magic is fire, you can't shape flames like ice.
