[Discussion] Does anyone think that Naruto's speed is a bit temperamental?

Its just that KCM was supposed to be faster than 4th Raikage. And everyone remembers the fight between Sasuke and the Raikage, Sasuke couldn't even see him with his Sharingan, Sasuke had to resort to using his susanoo to block attacks.

What I don't get is if Beast Mode Naruto is even faster then KCM, why Obito and Madara even have a chance of fighting him, realistically if he was as fast as made out, he should be able to run circles around them before they've even wove seals. Does anyone feel the same or is there something I'm missing.

Obviously Kishi can't have it like that otherwise war would be over in a flash but it just feels like he didn't play it out well enough.

I agree. KCM Naruto was slightly faster than Raikage. His BM is probably way faster since he traveled like 4 football fields in like 2 seconds. Yet people like Madara and Obito can physically keep up with him even though they haven't shown ANY speed feats.

Kishi hyped Naruto up too much, then drove that hype into the ground. Raikage and KCM/BM Naruto move too fast for anyone to weave handsigns, let alone fight back completely.

Total BS imo.

I only agree with that first part.
Raikage however, WAS using full speed, he said it himself. But that doesn't mean Naruto is faster, it was only a punch.
And BM mode is faster than KM. Fact.

Naruto speed is more of flickers from what we saw in the Manga. He doesn't know how to control his speed yet but when he does it will be consistent. Also the Raikage's Reflexes,Speed,and ability is consistent which was shown with his fight with Sasuke. He has no pause or breaks unless he is avoiding a counter which is why Sasuke could not keep up with him

Actually Naruto used body flicker to avoid A punch. He didnt just "Avoid" it. Thats why Tsunade made the Yellow Flash Comment

Speed is useless against anther fast opponent who can keep up. I Dont Think A could have a speed match against Bijuu Mode Naruto.

The way he dodged the Raikage makes him faster. Naruto not only moved out the way but several feet away in that split mini micro second. Also A did use the body flicker. Body flicker is just a big burst of speed which A most defiantly did. He told Naruto he was coming at him with his biggest fastest lightning cloak. KM is faster than A's Lightning shroud Bijuu Mode is twice that speed.

Shino explains a teleportation is just high speed movement. Body flicker is a burst of speed, a sprint.

About Bijuu Mode speed being faster it was shown the difference. With speed alone he was able to block 5 Tailed Beast Bombs. Also since Naruto is dealing with more chakra his physical prows increase.
