Does anyone think Chiyo is very underrated

I think Chiyo is underrated on this base because people always harp on Sasori for losing to a girl and an old lady. Chiyo may be an old lady but she is a very skilled puppet user. I think she is better than Kankuro. She isn't even in her prime but can perfectly use the 10 puppets.

Yeah she did. Plus she could make a sealing jutsu that put Shukaku inside Gaara, make revival ninjutsu, and was able to obtain Monzaemon Chikamatsu's puppets(he is the first user of the puppet jutsu)
