Does anyone read kimi no iru machi

My friend say its good. It supposed to be about romance. I never romance manga it's my first and they say its the best one so far. It ranked 17 on shounen. It's higher then DBZ, and a lot more popular mangas. Well I wanna give it try but is it good as they say its and how often does a chose release?

I think just going and reading the first volume or so would not hurt. Especially if you have heard it is so good. I personally have never heard of it.
