So does anyone have any legit answers/proof as to why Naruto hasn't used RSM with all bijuu chakra since vote or why sasuke hasn't used any Rinnegan six path abilities since vote???

My answer is that kishi simply nerfed them for the sake of plot and won't ever again show them go all out. :Sparks: ​

If Naruto used the RSM he had in vote 2 against Momoshiki he could have soloed, no joke. Same goes for Sasuke with the paths, he could have soloed as well. That's why I think kishi nerfed them like that.

Momoshiki was supposedly able to absorb any ninjutsu thrown at him, which is why they went in with speed and taijutsu instead of nuking the place... or at least that's the excuse the movie gives.

He lost the Bijuu Chakra but he gained the other half of Kurama which makes up for it.

If he wants to he can just gather all the tailed beasts for a meeting and ask them for Chakra if he really needed to use RSM.

Lol don't try to add Sasuke in with Naruto on lost abilities... Nice try to attempt to unite the Naruto and Sasike fans..

Fact is Sasuke didn't lose anything so he didn't lose powers, and Naruto lose bijuu chakra so he lost power/ jutsu.. Don't mention anything about RSM because I didn't say he lost RSM..
