Does anyone know when The Last movie jap dub come out??

I watched the movie, and after 3 minutes in, i stopped because the voice is soooo badd, does anyone here can give information about when the japanese dub and english sub version come out??h:

No idea m8, I watched the russian version and it's been great, so never tried to look for any other.
