Foreshadowing is a something that indicates a future event or shows symbolic meaning. Some people on the base don't use foreshadowing in their reasons. Such as (Sorry Sakura haters...) the whole summoning scene in the war represents that they are on the path to earning the sannin name. So sakura during the war isn't going to die. Also how naruto and sasuke have gotten stronger throughout the series means fate will have them collide in a battle(one on one). It's a common thing to use in a story. And with the first hokage being the one to defeat madara who ended up surviving set the stages to what is happening now. Madara has caused this whole mess and it will end after naruto (the savior) achieves peace.

I like foreshadowing. It's Kishi's way of showing the fans he is still dedicated to the manga.
I believe a Naruto vs Sasuke fight is imminent over the title of Hokage. A fair fight with 1 winner and 1 loser, no death.
As for the whole Neo_Sannin theory, it makes sense that Sakura would survive, she IS using a technique to revive dead cells and transmitting it to the whole SA. Even with the large amount of chakra it expends she can control it very well.

u forgot to mention one thing.the whole point of madara and hashirama story is to make understand that the curse of hatred b/w two descendant clans of sons of so6p can't end until both side has self realisation.naruto already has it like hashi but sasuke too have to had it without naruto's help otherwise it will be pointless and the cycle will continue.

Exactly Sakura death would achieve nothing, and be pointless and contradict her seal. If she does die it would probably have something to do with her new jutsu, and show how she perfected Tsunades yin seal...like actual rebirth.
