I don't see how they look alike, and no he isnt related to Rikudou sennin, only Senju and Uchiha are.

anybody coud be related t the so6p because we don't know much about bloodlines in the naruto story except that tobi and madara said the uchicha and senju are the younger and older brothers of the so6p
