Does anyone know if Genjutsu works on Sasori?

Since he has only a heart, his eyes arent really eyes, he is more of a puppet, and genjutsu doesnt work on puppets, but he is a living puppet, so what do you think?

well heart or not he can see cuz he has been shown seeing and he can hear cuz he has been hown replying to others so if you can see and hear you can be caught in a genjutsu

I doubt that it work since all genjutsu (except Izanagi) manipulates the victim's brain and nervous system, and that Sasori only shown a living heart so it's a bit impossible to fall in genjutsu ... BTW great thinking mentioning Vision and hearing senses in your question.

I doubt it. Genjutsu works on the brain. I don't think Sasori has a live brain up there.

Well, I am thinking at this. Genjutsu is about time stretching and stuff like that, but what it will stretch if Sasori is already a puppet and his time perception is somehow off?
Also, I know it has his heart but that was just used because he needed something alive for chakra flow. The other senses are not there, somehow. I mean, yes, we see him moving and stuff like that, but he's a puppet, everything he does he does it through chakra. Genjutsu works on your brain and your perception on things. Well, when you don't have a brain, on what is it supposed to work?

So my guess would be that no, genjutsu won't work on him.

Well, yeah, that's a good question. Unfortunately here I see a gap, because usually all puppets are controlled by a master. But what do you do when the master's a puppet and it only showed to have a heart?...

OT: Genjutsu affects the "chakra flow" to the brain, therefore messing it up. Even if Sasori supposed does not have a brain (I am sure Deidara agrees xd) he does have something "central" to that chakra system. If his system were like Al from FMA, soul in an emtpy container, yeah, he would have been genjutsu-proof. Just because of the chakra system and having his senses intact, I say he will be affected by genjutsu! U_U

Theoretically he won't.. Gennjutsu affects, specifically the chakra flow to the Cranial nerves... That was Jiraya's exact definition...
Sasori has lost the majority of those nerves such as touch etc.. and the rest are not even there anymore......With no flow of chakra existing, how can he be affected by something that targets the brain? When he has no brain
