If three arcs:

1. Resolution to after the war. Naruto finally gives in to Hinata's feelings, the deliberation of him becoming Hokage comes to a climax, and then we get a cliffhanger.

2. This arc is about what to do about Sasuke. He helped out with the war but some people are skeptical of his motives and whether he can return to the village.

3. This is where the time skip happens. Naruto and Sasuke are in their primes. (Top of the manga).
