even tho he is a filler character he is really strong and he can control the weather on his emotions wich is really cool does anyone else find him as a strong character

No, he is not.

Kiba, Sakura, and Shikamaru/Chouji defeated him quite easily as soon as they tried.

His powers are extremely limited by his unstable personality and if he was able to control his emotions, he might be a better fighter. Yota's opponents never commented on his strength, the only factor limiting their ability to kill Yota was their lack of will to kill their friend.

Yeah actually he seems to be emotionally in tuned with nature and if he learned to hon his abilities then he could connect with even more probably.

Honestly I see him as rather weak.....I mean to start his power is based on emotion....which means he's stuck most likely with anger as he'd be in a fight.

Bit mostly no one has even tried to actually attack him, but has mostly tried to dodge.
