If anything, I think that he is overrated.

The only reason that he learned the Rasengan so quickly is that Naruto developed an easier way to use the jutsu than Minato. Instead of using only two hands to release, compress, and spin the chakra, he developed a way to use Shadow Clones to use the Rasengan (one body releases and compresses while the other spins).

I don't even consider the Sexy Jutsu a real technique. It is only a variation of the transformation jutsu, and almost every ninja in the series can do very effective transformations. The only difference is that Naruto and Konohamaru are perverted/stupid enough to tranform into naked girls.

As for his fight with Pain, he caught Pain offguard with one of the most powerful attacks in the series. In other words, the Rasengan has always been a near instant kill whenever it hits a target directly.

Furthermore, I think that Jiraiya took out four Paths of Pain. He took out three of the Paths while they were under genjutsu and later captured the Animal Path. I know that the three Paths that he killed were later brought back, he still managed to "kill" four Paths. If the reanimated bodies don't count as kills, then Konohamaru didn't defeat any of the Paths, because Naruto fought all six Paths.

the body of pain
tameri
sakura
tenten
ebisu
iruka
obitio w/ sharingan
rin
and maybe kid kakashi
Temari: Never. She was going easy on him and left him there. Shikamaru later says if the fight went on Konohamaru would have fallen to Temari's wind scythe. I do give him credit for holding his own against her.
Sakura: Unlikely as she is more skilled and stronger.

Guys just chill out about him being pathetic and couldnt beat the girls of the series. He's only a little kid. Of course he's not going to beat an almost mature woman. Maybe in a year or so but not right now of course.. With Pain he just probably got lucky..
