[Discussion] does anyone else think Luffy is going to die?

:shrug: I mean I know its all about dreams, but something tells me that when luffy was about to executed by buggy was foreshadowing luffy eventual death. any thoughts?

He might, but no. I don't see how he would die. It can't be because of his DF, with gear second and stuff. That would be kind of unfair, if he's the only who actually gets hurt by his DF when using it

He will die! Oda has hinted at his death to many times to not kill him. If he doesn't die, it'd be just like FT when hiro bbuilds up a characters Seth and doesn't kill them off. Luffy's body suffers great consequences from G2&3. Moreover, he will die because 20 years of his life has been taken from him by Iva.

I know what everyone knows in regards to OP. But if you look right down to it you'll understand that if he doesn't die it'll be a troll from Oda. Because Luffy's body has endured to much and will keep on suffering.

What about Whitebeard? He had outrageuosly resilient body, and lived until he was 72. I don't see Luffy dying during the timeline of the show, unless they make a big timeskip. Maybe he'll die in his 40's, I don't think he'll die before in his teens or 20's

But he and Luffy's body are different. And it's even more so to say he'll die is because Luffy will obviously begin to gear-stack again. And the more he'll do that, the worse he's gonna get. So possibly after the war when he goes all out his body won't take it anymore his internal organs will be ****ed up. And that's why I think Law may die after the first emperor ark because if he were to be alive when Luffy's organs are ****ed, he can replace them ETC. So there's much more to this but this is just a brief outline.

Its an anime, he should've been dead countless times before, yet here he is, alive and kicking as.s :ghehe:
