I like the dub better myself, though I dont mind subs. i like being able to listen to whats going on while looking at other windows, and with the subs every voice sounds the same to me. I prefer watching things in my native language, even though the dub doesnt have as graphic language or anything, its still the same story.

All personal preference. The only anime that I enjoy better in Dubs is DBZ
yup! haha and yu yu hakusho!! I liked the dubbed version of the original naruto but hated shippuden though at first, took time to get used to it for me. I like subs better. I mean come on, you have to admit the subbed voices are sooo cool and sound amazing

Dubs in some and subs in others. Depends if the dub voice actors are good. So far for Naruto, Code geass, Hell girl,Claymore, Full metal alchemist, Ranma 1/2, soul eater have been kick ass!

I agree with this 100%. The graphic language difference is obviously due to censorship laws, which are much more strict in our country than in Japan. American television will NOT allow such bad words to be said on the television, even if it adds to the show's awsomeness.

In addition, No dialogue from ANY language can be translated PERFECTLY into another. NOt even subs are a perfect translation. I personally don't see a problem with someone pronouncing a character's name SLIGHTLY different. They can say the name, but CAN'T replicate the ACCENT.

The only reason I can see liking sub voices over dub SIMPLY because they sound cooler is because as Americans and as human beings, we are naturally facinated by forign things. Their language and dialect is completely different from ours, which you hear every day of your miserable lives:) I'm only saying that "Just because they sound cooler" is a totally opinionated reason, and isn't a valid argument.:flaw: IN the end, however, it is all up to the choice of the viewe!
