It could be a possibility cause it's been noted by sakura in the land of the waves arc in part 1 where team 7 confronted zabuza and haku that naruto and sasuke work together perfectly not only that but their teamwork has been shown in naruto shippuden movie-bonds and in that movie when naruto fights some powerful guy who's using the power of some creature called the rebi(which means zero tails, which funnily enough although the creature was called zero tails it wasn't a bijju) anyway whilst naruto fought that guy and began to struggle all of the sudden from out of nowhere sasuke appeared,saved naruto's ass and they both worked together to defeat him and naruto talked about how happy he was that sasuke came and teamed up with him cause it reminded him of the old times then sasuke left without saying anything to naruto whilst naruto looked hopeful that they'll meet again etc,anyway onto the point i was making,yes i do believe naruto and sasuke will work together again! WHY? well if it's true that both naruto and sasuke represent the sages younger and elder son which put together basically is the so6p's power, considering the fact that there's madara uchhia who's power he currently has is like a fragement of the so6p power plus there's the jubi i believe that the only way of taking both the jubi and madara down is if sasuke who represents the elder son and naruto who represents the younger son team up.

Sasuke already told us he would kill who ever helped Itachi murder their clan, so I believe he will go after Obito for his own personal goal.
