Does anybody think tobirama used edos while he was alive?

I assume he banned the technique as soon as Konoha was formed.

I also assume he used an enemy as a living sacrifice and brought back one of his own Senju members to fight again.

aking a jutsu doesn't necessarily mean he used it and he also made it forbidden and none of the other shinobis recognize it

wrong on all counts. tobirama is a pure evil monster so no he didnt make it forbidden. he used it with wanton abandon.
secondly, yesm nearly every shinobi who lived in tobiramas time knows its him who created it.
