We do, actually. She was the original mastermind behind Mugen Tsukuyomi and the originator of the evil of Chakra. And we know that not only does the Juubi have sentience, but Kaguya may very well be the Juubi too. That and she was hyped as being even stronger than Hagoromo.
Why would Kishi write all that for nothing?

Maybe Sakura after being left alone in the other dimension after the war, She goes Mad and blames Naruto and Sasuke for not coming to Her rescue. She gets release by accident by a dimensional traveler and plots Revenge on Naruto and Sasuke as inner Sakura calls out for blood.
