does anybody know what was the creator of the ten-tails demon?

Hmm, you should really watch the anime or read the manga but if you want me to spoil it for you its Sage of the six path he created all the 9tailed beast and the 10tail is a combination of all 9 tailed beast

the juubi was created from all the hate and other negative feelings in the world, i think... Rikudo Sennin, the initial sage of six paths (SO6P) and creator of ninjutsu, defeated him by absorbing it's chakra, thus making him the first jinchuuriki in narutoverse, and disposed of the juubi's body by imprisoning it in the moon through chibaku tensei... at some point in time, the SO6P divided the juubi's chakra into nine portions, thus creating nine bijuus, i think it was on his death bed...

the so6p did not create the ten tails he only crrated the 9 demoned spirts through the ten tails chakra. the ten tails is not from the naruto world, it came from a different dimension.
