anyway, sasuke has a good chance of winning if he shows the ability to materialize the two spiritual weapons in his susano'o. if he does have it, this is how he defeats madara: massive kirin + after kirin subsides, the powerful after blast would create massive smoke in the vicinity of the area lowering detection rate + instant amaterasu that targets the enemy (madara's) eye, hindering him from using anymore of his doujutsu and quite possibly blinding him in the process + troll him with a totsuka blitz. madara's arsenal of attacks is easily nulled by simply guarding with the mirror.

All chakra based attacks such as: Kirin and even Amaterasu are easily absorbed by Preta Path, so there's no way it can ever hurt him, moreover these attacks being absorbed will provide him extra chakra =D

By the way, Sasuke does not possess Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror :devil:

Nor Naruto or even Hashi are able to equal Madara as far as Mokuton, Rinnegan, Ultimate Susanoo and Juubi are concerned
