Seems Photoshopped to me.
Not only is this 'update' absent from SI's front page, but developers quite openly stated that the Edo Kage were not going to be in Full Burst because they wanted to concentrate solely on Kabuto.

I haven't seen it. I only bought the game for them and then they weren't in there. That was some crap
