Does any konoha girl have and element?

guys, i've been haveing this argument with Konoha's Yellow Flash fo a while:

DOES ANY GIRL FROM KONOHA HAVE A FORM OF NATURE MANIPULATION?

by nature manipulation Konoha's mean it has an specialty on the element.

it can be any girl but it must be from konoha!

Why yes, the only Konoha girl that has been shown using or having a mastery of a single element is Hinata. In part 1, she created nemerous water spikes to attack enemy bees without even using hand seals. That, along with her very precise protection of the eight trigrams move, shows her apparent natural manipulation of water.

but she must say like "water style: water spike jutsu!" that's natural manipulation. I beleive tho only one who shown this was anko mitarishi, I don't know.

From what I remember...I think Anko can use -> Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu, but it's not her specialty, so...
Most girls from Naruto are using Taijutsu and Genjutsu, while for having a nature manipulation element you need to use Ninjutsu(Usually, in this field, girls are specialized in medical ninjutsu)

remember that JOUNINS know 2 elements. She's a special jounin hence is just above chuunin. and chuunin know their first eleemnt aka specialty.

not everyone has to know an element at chunnin or special jounin rank, sakura does not know an element ,she can control her chakra.The same way that sakura uses its chakra to have superhuman strenght or maybe an earth attack anko knows a handsign of a jutsu.

I meant that The Seven-Scaled Boy confirmed that Anko can use Katon(I wasn't 100% sure that she can use Katon, or that Ryūka was the one) and even though this is not one of her basic jutsus(like is any Katon based jutsu for the Uchihas) she is (probably) the only girl that can use an element

Besides Anko, i havn't seen any other girl use an element, Ino uses jutsu but it isn't elemental, neither is Tenten or Sakura. Hinata has natural manipulation but not jutsu styled elements. Thats what i think it is.

Your formulation is wrong!

It has nothing to do with having an element or not, they all use jutsus, either if they are using ninjutsu, taijutsu,genjutsu.

Jutsu = technique

Whoa! Thats right I forgot, Anko also! So its Anko and Hinata! Listen guys...

There is no such thing in Naruto as using some random ELEMENTAL jutsu without MASTERING an element FIRST! Except for kekke genkais and ninpo (non-elemental Ninja Arts), as stated by Kakashi in the manga, A SHINOBI MUST COMPLETELY MASTER AN ELEMENT BEFORE THEY CAN USE ANY JUTSU OF THAT SAME ELEMENT!!!

And, excluding bloodlines, Kakashi also states that Elements can only be mastered ONE AT A TIME!

Which means... Hinata and Anko are the only Konoha Girls shown to have Elemental Manipulation!

AND... Regarding Hinata, she not only showed nature manipulation of water, but she also intergrated it into her gentle fist taijutsu (a feat of real creative genius, I might add) and created Protection of the Eight Trigrams: 64 Palms.
