yes! anime is from japan and a little japan quirks wont hurt.
But now there are a lot of anime fans in the world (even more than in japan) who like the anme/manga.

Do you ever feel like anime should use non cultural worlds and ideology that makes sense to international audience or take their time explaining the cultural aspects.

They already do this. Some series use a lot of symbolism that isn't directly related to Japan or just discuss world related topics in general.

That wouldn't make sense. Would you like to see The Simpsons take the time to explain what Halloween is? Or Arthur explaining that when we take a bath we do our washing in the tub and then we drain the tub when we finish?

Non-cultural worlds? I see, so there are two kinds of worlds now. Worlds that are cultural and worlds that are normal.

i dont understand the question , explain pls !

almost every anime we see has some of japanese cultural aspects such as festivals, shrines, gods and even puns that they only understand.some anime explains this stuff to us and some only by subtitles.

what i'm asking is as an international audience , do you love to know more about japan life from anime/love it because it's great for the plot/hate it because it sometimes leaves you blank/dont care as long as they make good stories?

i think that's about it?if you can think more possibilities please write that too :D

deava and Asura are also related to India.

actually kishi san took it from shinto religion which has several references from hindu mythology.

which essentialy means they have related names, but different histories and personalities.

All Manga-ka have right to express their ideologies in their work...
Since most of'em are Japanese or all of'em might be, it's highly logical that they promote Japanese culture in their work...

I'm completely fine with it...

I think Japan's cultural setting is very appropriate for most of the manga...you can't find ninja in Europe..

There are so many anime that don't just use Japanese culture .-.

The Fate series uses lore from cultures all around the world

Black Butler is entirely placed in England and uses their customs and what have you

Most dubs fix this problem when adapting the script, but I would assume only Japanese audiences and western fans who've actually picked up on most of the cultural stuff watch subs. There's no need for them to change their cultural approach.

Besides, there are dozens of series that either have no or minimal Japanese traits (i.e. Cowboy Bebop, Steins;Gate, Eden of the East, Monster, etc.).
