Does a Susano'o Arrow have what it takes to break a Planetary Devastation Sphere?

Does it have the Power and Speed to break one?

Lets say Pain used Planetary Devastation and gravity pulls the earth from under Sasuke toward the Technique and at a moment's notice Sasuke launched a Susano'o arrow at it.

Would it pierce through the rumble, hit the core, and end the technique?

Thoughts?

Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't.

Maybe a Yasaka Magatama, Rasen-Shuriken and a TBB was overkill vs a CT sphere, but we'll never know because there's nothing to base the speculation against since CT has only been broken through once.

Saying that a Susano'o arrow can is saying that the aforementioned attacks are less than or equal to the power of a Susano'o arrow, in which case I'd say no.

OP: no because it took rasenshuriken tbb and a masaka magatama to destroy it and they're attacks were being pulled in making them faster on top of that
