Does a flash-bomb affect the Three Great Dojutsu???

Anything that isn't black and white, is considered a color. To perceive color, a light force must be introduced. If the possibility of the Byakugan perceiving color exist, then a flash-bomb would have an affect on the user's sight.

Byakugan:
-can see chakra flow in a dark room
-can see through solid objects
-can see through smoke bombs

It can see through a flash bomb. The Byakugan doesn't rely on light, yes, in the real world your statement would be undoubtedly correct, but, this is Narutoverse, and its not.

Just like Sasori can think, talk and see without having a brain or a nervous system, the Byakugan provides vision without relying on light. It's Naruto :|

If it affects rinnegan then it must affect the sharingan because rinnengan is just an improved version of it.People think rinnegan and sharingan are different things but it is just a stronger type it's like saying regular sharingan can see chakra better than an eternal mangekyou sharingan.The only reason people think rinnegan is different from the sharingan is because Pain was the first character to be seen with it but as we all know now it is an evolved version from the sharigan as shown with Uchiha Madara.Tobi also said he gave Nagato the rinnegan which might explain why Nagato does know how to use the sharigan techniques.
