ABC logic wont work in Naruto ......top ten list is made depending upon how the charecter can defend himself as wel as defeat the ppl below his rank in top list.........

my top 15 are
AM excluding EDO since it is wise to put thire own battle strength while comparing individuals
1.Juubito
2.Madara/Hashiramait is wise to say Madara >Hashi but Hashi had knwledge on rinnegan which make's rinnegan almost useless)
3.EDO MinatoWhat he lags to be on par with Hashi and Madara is chakra now he had a lot of Chakra so it is acceptable)
4.BM Naruto/Nagato/DSM Kabuto/Alive Minato
5.EMS Sasuke/EDO Itachi
6.Alive Itachi/Jiraya
7.Tobirama
8.Orochimaru
9.3rd rikage/Bee
10.Muu/2nd Mizukage

you forgot Kisame,Mnagetsu,3rd kazekage(though i honestly dont know whether he would be in top 15)

We dnt knw much abt Mangetsu and Kisame wil be at 13 and 3rd Kazakage wil tie with Tsunade........

yeah thats true, but hte top positions will be held by the 4 hokages,3rd raikage,Itachi,2nd mizukage,Muu,4th raikage,onoki,Kisame,Kakshi,Oro,J-man,Pain,Hanzo etc.
